We aim to represent our stones as accurately as possible. Photos of stones have been edited slightly to enhance the quality of the picture, not the quality of the stone or the colour. Although we have tried to represent the stone’s colour as accurately as possible, variations in colour do occur due to computer settings and the light in which the stone is viewed. Viewing stones in natural sunlight is best for true colour. Please contact us prior to purchase if you have any questions regarding the stone.
All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars.
Returns and Refunds Policy
Please contact THE GEM MONARCHY prior to returning goods. We will do our best to resolve any issues. Goods can be returned to THE GEM MONARCHY for a refund within 14 days of receipt of goods. Return shipping will be at the purchaser’s cost. Please package returned goods in a similar manner to which they were received to ensure safe postage. Refunds will not be given if the item was damaged by the purchaser.

We deliver products using FEDEX and AUSTRALIA POST(domestic) Shipping Costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. Exact Shipping Costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. Orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days. Shipping times are estimated between 2-7 business days depending on your location.
