This Granatus (garnet in Latin) means seed or grain due to its striking resemblance to the seed of the pomegranate. Purplish red in all forms of light and containing dimensions of 7.32mm by 7.46mm with a pavilion depth of 4.58mm this stone is an absolute stunner in our Garnet collection. This stone is from Mozambique and has been crafted by our master lapidarists in Sri Lanka into a Trillion shape with modified flower cut facets.
